Late Appointment Policy
Everyone here at Avondale Animal Hospital would like to thank you for allowing us to serve both you and your pets.
It is an honor and privilege to be a part of your pet(s) care, and we want to continue to provide your pet with the highest standard of care. As we grow, we continue to adapt and modify our operating procedures to provide the best possible experience for you and your pets.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we want to ensure that your visit with us is as smooth, thorough, and efficient as possible.
Our new policy asks that should a client be 15 minutes late (or more) that we reschedule the appointment or if able, you may elect to drop off your pet for their visit in which a patient is left under our care at the clinic for a determined period of time during which they can be examined and treated, with owner consent, as soon as our doctors and staff are able to work them in between scheduled appointments.
As we are here to serve both you and your pets, we have always sought to work with our patients to the best of our ability, regardless of punctuality. However, with our continued growth and desire to avoid long wait times, the best way to serve you is in being proactive to better serve all of our clients at the highest level.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause but hope that this will improve your experience here with us at Avondale Animal Hospital.

They strictly adhere to CDC guidelines and I always feel the same. I absolutely love the pharmacy for online orders of flea meds, food, heartworm meds, etc. you can set a schedule so anything you order will arrive when needed. Super feature.”
